BDA's Open House mechanism records 7,410 grievances, 4,759 resolved

The Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) announced that its citizen grievance redressal mechanism has recorded 7,410 grievances, with 4,759 resolved. The first Open House Meeting (OHM) was held on July 3, 2025. As of September 26, the North Zone recorded 2,435 grievances, followed by the West Zone with 2,547, South with 1,550, and East with 878. The system provides a resolution rate of 68% and has a tentative timeframe of seven days for urgent grievances.
