BDA extends Karanth Layout site application deadline to October 31

The Bengaluru Development Authority (BDA) has extended the deadline to apply for sites in Dr Shivaram Karanth Layout to October 31, 2026. The authority announced the extension on Wednesday. Applicants must pay an initial deposit ranging from Rs 8.7 lakh to Rs 29 lakh, depending on the plot size. The BDA has offered 2,815 sites for public allotment, with the smallest site costing Rs 69.75 lakh.
