Battarayananapura Police arrest man accused of scamming woman of ₹40 lakh worth of gold jewelry using astrology

Battarayananapura Police arrested Venkatesh, accused of scamming a 62-year-old woman of gold jewelry worth approximately ₹40 lakh using astrology. The police seized 200 grams of jewelry out of 300 grams taken from the elderly woman. Venkatesh, who was absconding to Andhra Pradesh, was arrested after allegedly using a fake accident story and an AI-generated video.
