Anger over restricted hours of Bengaluru parks: Residents complain of lack of space for walking, especially for senior citizens

Residents are expressing anger over the restricted opening hours of public parks in Bengaluru. A resident of Banashankari 6th stage requested the Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) to keep the public parks open from 5 AM to 10 PM. Another local resident, Srinath Belodu, questioned the limited availability of parks for senior citizens and working professionals. Meanwhile, residents noted that even Sankey Tank, a major green zone, has restricted hours, causing overcrowding during limited times.
