Alleged ₹133 Crore Irregularity in Waste Tender Awarded to Unqualified Company

Opposition leader R. Ashoka alleged that the Congress government awarded tenders for Solid Waste Transfer Stations (STSs) to an unqualified company, alleging an irregularity of ₹133 crore. He stated that the tender process allegedly bypassed rules and resulted in kickbacks. R. Ashoka released documents regarding the alleged scam in the tenders for waste and waste transfer stations by GIB and BWSSBML.
