Allegations of ₹133 Crore Irregularities in Bengaluru Waste Disposal Tender; BJP Demands Lokayukta Probe

BJP leader R. Ashok alleged serious irregularities in the tender process for establishing waste disposal centers in Bengaluru. He wrote a letter to Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar, demanding an immediate Lokayukta investigation into the matter. Ashok alleged that irregularities occurred in the tenders worth ₹133 crore for waste and waste transfer centers under the Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA).
