‘Ale’ Literary Festival to be held starting tomorrow

The Department of Language and Literature, Maniapal Institute of Liberal Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, an affiliate of Maniapal Academy of Higher Education, has organized the ‘Ale’ Literary Festival on September 24 and 25. The festival, themed 'Waves of Hope,' will begin at 9 AM in the AB-1 Auditorium of the academy's campus. Events include talks by Benjamin on 'Beyond the Page: Reading as a Beacon of Hope,' and by feminist thinker Urvashi Butalia on 'Publication, Writing and Activism: A Feminist View of Life.'
