AI calls connect with 59,000 property owners, aiming to recover ₹35.1 crore in Bengaluru property tax

The Bengaluru Western City Corporation has utilized Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to collect outstanding property taxes. The AI system made 4.54 lakh calls to 59,604 property owners, providing details on the outstanding amount and payment methods in Kannada. This initiative has created an opportunity to recover approximately ₹35.1 crore in outstanding property tax.
