Bengaluru: Accused defrauds jeweler of ₹1.3 crore by claiming divine gold

A fraud allegation has surfaced in Bengaluru, where an accused allegedly defrauded a jeweler of ₹1.3 crore by claiming the gold was obtained through divine grace. Selvaraj Achari, who lost the money, filed a complaint at the City Market Police Station against Bhutam Lingayya, who is from Telangana. Police have registered the case and are searching for the accused.
