₹725 Crore Meghri Circle - Hebbal Corridor Project to Ease Bengaluru Traffic

The state government has launched a ₹725 crore 'Meghri Circle - Hebbal Corridor' project to provide a permanent solution to severe traffic congestion in North Bengaluru and the Airport Road. The project, which includes an elevated corridor from Meghri Circle to Baptist Hospital and a tunnel from Baptist Hospital to Hebbal Flyover, aims to be completed within 18 months. Experts predict this integrated design could reduce traffic congestion by up to 80% during normal times.
