582 cases filed against drivers for driving under the influence in Bengaluru

Bengaluru traffic police filed cases against 582 drivers during a special operation. This operation, conducted from September 21 to 27 across 53 traffic police station areas, checked 35,581 vehicles and registered cases against drivers who violated traffic rules. Additionally, cases were filed against 183 drivers for speeding, and a fine of ₹1.84 lakh was collected.
