46.88 lakh voters reduced from the list in Bengaluru

According to Shilpa Nag, Special Commissioner for the GBA Electoral Division, 46.88 lakh voters have been reduced from the list, excluding the Mahadevapura constituency in the city district. She announced the final list for the SIR-2026 in Bengaluru city on Tuesday. The process resulted in 2,08,491 additional voters being added to the final list, with 1,81,053 details modified and 65,881 names removed.
