₹394 crore sanctioned for 13 water projects in Bengaluru

During a meeting of the Water Resources Department chaired by Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar, ₹394 crore was approved for 13 works. These projects include the Shimsha branch canal work in Mandya and the modernization of Kabini canal. The department also decided to drop the proposal of transferring the Krishna Bhagyajala Nigam's office from Bengaluru to Belagavi.
