₹12 Crore Fake Medicine Network Busted in Bengaluru

Special Investigation Team (SIT) officials have uncovered a network involved in the repackaging and sale of fake medicines worth ₹12 crore. The SIT has taken key accused Vireshi Kumar Jain into custody for further questioning. The investigation revealed that Vireshi Kumar Jain, operating from Kripa Health Care near Minerva Circle in the city, had earned money by manufacturing and selling fake medicines to reputed hospitals at low prices.
