108 Ambulance Staff Issue Warning: Resignation if Demands Are Not Met by Tuesday Night

108 ambulance staff have warned of a mass resignation if demands for salary revision and uniform wages are not met by Tuesday night (Sept. 22). Paramesha, Vice President of the Suvarna Karnataka Arogya Kavacha (108) staff association, stated that demands include a yearly salary revision, implementing a three-shift system for ambulance operations, and establishing a uniform state-wide wage system within 15 days. The staff also demanded ₹50 lakh compensation for the families of workers who died in accidents, salary fixation based on seniority, salary payment by the 7th of every month, and rest rooms for ambulance personnel.
