Hebbagodi City Council distributes welfare benefits worth ₹86.19 lakh

Hebbagodi (Anekal): The City Council inaugurated a program for distributing various welfare benefits on Friday. A total of ₹86.19 lakh worth of benefits were distributed, including educational promotion funds of ₹27.19 lakh to 52 students, medical aid to 10 people, and laptop distribution to 10 students from technical and medical colleges. The benefits also included single-unit life insurance for 17 SC members, life insurance for three differently-abled individuals, three-wheeled vehicles for 8 differently-abled people, and tailoring machines and sports promotion funds for four women.
